Egg inspection April 4:

Poultry expert, hobby breeder, and volunteer Gert Riezebos will be at the museum between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to assess eggs. These can be hatching eggs from hobby breeders, but the specialist also knows a lot about table eggs. Bring six eggs and learn exactly what is inside them or what might hatch from them. It would be great if you could bring your own eggs.
