Egg inspection April 4:

Poultry expert, hobby breeder, and volunteer Gert Riezebos will be at the museum between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to assess eggs. These can be hatching eggs from hobby breeders, but the specialist also knows a lot about table eggs. Bring six eggs and learn exactly what's inside them or what might hatch from them. It's fun if you bring your own eggs for this.
